Meet the Alabama RLC State Chair, Scott A. Boykin:
Scott A. Boykin is Chair of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Alabama. Mr. Boykin received his B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his Ph.D. in Political Science from Tulane University. He also earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Scott has a litigation practice in Birmingham. He is admitted to the Alabama Bar, the Texas Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Following law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Boykin resides with his family in Birmingham, Alabama.
