Meet the RLC State Chair, Lowell Nelson:
Lowell Nelson has served the Utah GOP as a precinct Chair, as a county and state delegate, and as treasurer of the state party. He is currently the Highland 5th Precinct Chair and a member of the State Central Committee.
Lowell obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1985 and an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at BYU in 1996.
By trade, Mr. Nelson works as a software engineer. He and his wife Vickie, and their three daughters, reside in Highland. .
