William Westmiller
Chairman
Bill Westmiller is a co-founder of the Canadian Libertarian Party, past Secretary of the Libertarian National Committee, Inc. and past Chair of the California Libertarian Party. He was a Republican candidate in California’s 24th Congressional District, served as RLC California Chair, and as a national RLC Board member before being elected national RLC Secretary and then national RLC Chair.
Bill has ten years of experience as a Data Processing Manager, Radio/TV Broadcaster and retail store manager/owner. He has been a member of the 999 society and the Electrochemical Society, wrote an anti-gerrymandering initiative in California, and has been an official spokesman for several school choice initiatives.
Bill lives in Thousand Oaks, California with his wife Robin and is the father of three daughters.

Philip Blumel
Vice-Chair
One of the founding members of the Republican Liberty Caucus, Philip Blumel is active in the Florida affiliate of the Republican Liberty Caucus. A financial planner by day, he was the leader a 2004 term limits referendum in Palm Beach County, Florida. Philip is currently actively involved with the national group U.S. Term Limits.
He resides in Atlantis, Florida.
Thomas Sewell
Secretary
Thomas Sewell began politicking at an early age, passing out flyers for Congressional Republican races in southern California. Thomas also spent several years as a founding member of the “Youth of America,” a political performing group for teenagers. Thomas was raised in a family environment with heavy emphasis on freedom of choice, Constitutional principles, and a study of history. With a love of history and a penchant for reading just about any book he could get his hands on, it didn’t take long for him to discover works from economists such as Adam Smith, Ludwig Von Mises and Thomas Sowell.
Thomas is currently employed as the Systems Engineering Manager for Chelsea Interactive, where he and his department design and administer the networks, servers and applications for a shared platform of retail electronic commerce sites, including brands such as Ralph Lauren’s Polo.com, Timberland.com, Liz Claiborne’s Elisabeth.com, and Nike’s Colehaan.com.Thomas also edits the BooksUnderReview.com website, a collection of 100,000+ pages of books reviews organized by subject.
He currently resides in Manassas, Virginia.

Jeff Palmer
Treasurer
A member of the RLC since 1991, Jeff Palmer currently serves as the North Carolina RLC Coordinator and is a Past-Chairman of the Florida RLC chapter. He has participated in innumerable GOP political campaigns and has held leadership positions in more than a dozen GOP and non-partisan political organizations in North Carolina, Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania. He has served on the Executive Board of the Republican Party of Dade County, Florida, Executive Committee and as President of the Kendall (Florida) Republican Club, co-founder of the Columbia (Maryland) Republican Club, and founder of the South Florida chapter of the Republican Liberty Caucus.
Jeff is a Nuclear Engineering Consultant with a in radioactive waste site remediation, reactor engineering, nuclear training, emergency preparedness, regulatory policy studies, and technical management.
He currently resides in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
AT-LARGE BOARD

Aaron Biterman resides in Arlington, Virginia. Aaron received his B.A. in Political Science and Secondary Education from American University in Washington, DC. He currently works in donor relations for a DC area not-for-profit organization.

Jerry Cameron is a former law enforcement officer who was Chief of two small town departments. He is a graduate of the 150th Session of the FBI National Academy. He is a pioneer in street enforcement, having developed a street enforcement technique known as “Operation Pressure Point.” He currently resides in Jupiter, Florida.
Richard Freedman was the Republican candidate for State Representative in his district in Massachusetts in 1996 and 1998. He resides, with his wife Ilana, in Billerica, Massachusetts.

Bennett Kopp is a Republican Precinct Captain and is President of the Scottsdale Republican Forum. He is a member of Toastmasters International and serves on the Board of the Arizona 100 Club. He works as a consultant for corporate pension plans.

Dave Nalle is a small business owner from Manor, Texas. Dave has a Masters degree and a Ph.D. in History from Texas A&M. He is married and has a young daughter.
