As you know, the Republican Liberty Caucus is hosting its National Convention in Arlington, VA on February 12, 2011. We anticipate 100+ registrants from all parts of the country as well as 200 dinner guests. (View pictures from our 2009 Convention.)

We are pleased that your organization or business is considering supporting the event.

Here are some ways that we hope you will choose to participate*:

Educational Materials:

If your organization submits 200 flyers, brochures, or other materials (such as magnets, pins, buttons, bumper stickers, etc.) with the small processing fee of $25 (checks made out the Republican Liberty Caucus), your materials will be included in our hospitality gift bags — which will be given to all RLC delegates. This is a great way to spread the word about your candidate or cause.

Host a Booth for Your Business or Organization:

Your organization can host its own booth at the Convention for $125, which also includes 2 admissions passes for all events sessions (no meals included). Each booth will be 6′ x 30″. Booth space is limited, so let us know if you are interested in a booth. All organizational booths will be located on the 2nd floor of the hotel in the same area where delegates will be attending Convention events.

Hosting a vendor booth is a great way to sell your book, engage guests, and inform attendees about your organizational or business mission.

Silver Sponsorship:

As a Silver Sponsor, the RLC will mention your organization or business sponsorship at the opening of the Convention, in the opening remarks of the Banquet Dinner, and at this website.  We will also include your organization in the Agenda distributed to all attendees as well as the Dinner Program. Silver Sponsorship is $100. Silver Sponsorship does not include a booth, but does include 1 free admission slot to attend the events sessions (no meals included).

Gold Sponsorship:

As a Gold Sponsor, your organization can host a booth at the Convention and we will mention your organization or business at the opening of the Convention and the opening of the Banquet Dinner.  We will also include your organization in the Agenda distributed to all attendees as well as in the Dinner Program. You will also receive a recognition listing at our website, which will be distributed to our Facebook and Twitter followers. Gold Sponsorship is $175. Gold Sponsorship includes 2 free admission slots for events sessions and one free admission to lunch and dinner.

Platinum Sponsorship:

In addition to receiving all that is offered for the Silver Sponsorship, Platinum sponsors will be allowed to speak to delegates about themselves, their organization, or their business. This sponsorship option includes a booth. Platinum Sponsorship is $500. Platinum Sponsorship also includes 2 all-day passes to the Convention, including meals.

Donations:

The RLC is collecting items for our auction. If you would like to donate books, freedom-related memorabilia, or other items of significance, please let us know.

Where to Submit Your Requests:

All requests and materials should be submitted no later than Tuesday, January 25, 2011. You can print this form off and attach your payment to it. Checks can be made out to the Republican Liberty Caucus and sent to the Convention organizer:
