Collecting
coins are really awesome! And there are lots of excitement from it. The older
the coin the greater opportunity you have. And there are coins that are pure
silver and some have some pure gold on it. And it is worth a lot of money at this time, so if you have lots of
old coins do not throw it away.

Constitution give Congress the authority to:
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

Constitution further states:
No State shall … coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts;

States can call on Congress to provide Constitutionally legal tender in the form of gold or silver Coin.
