Legalization should take place, for many reasons. Whether or not this happens and how soon, the war on drugs was a failure that created far worst problems and debts. It had good interests, but lies and making criminals out of non-violent citizens bring us to where we are today.

I sincerely hope this trend continues, throughout the entire US. Medical marijuana has done great things for many patients in severe pain, etc. and here in California, we want to share the love with all the other states!

It is amazing how quickly the tide has changed in the U.S. on these two issues. I'm absolutely thrilled. My wife has MS, we live in Ohio, where medical marijuana is not legal, but we look forward to the day.
