		<description>This is just fabulous news.  It happened under the radar of most of the libertarian movement; no feature articles in Reason magazine, no mentions on the Libertarian Party websites, nothing on libertarian radio talk shows.  

The RLC was the only group who even had Miller on their radar.  And now he&#039;s emerging as perhaps the Nation&#039;s leading libertarian state legisalator.  

All this talk about New Hampshire, and the Freepers.  Looks Montana may now have the mantle of &quot;most free state&quot; in the Nation.</description>
