The Missouri House adopted HCR13 on March 23, 2009. The Missouri Senate conducted a public hearing on April 7, then tabled the item. The Saint Charles County, MO county council passed resolution 09-03 in support of HCR13; to date, it remains the only county to have done so.

So let me see if I've got this right, you're opposed to international trade? Are you a protectionist? Would you like to shut the borders to foreign products completely?

I was a Republican for many many years before realizing, sorry to say, that my party had been hijacked by delirious self serving bible thumpers. Although I did vote for Obama this time around, it was only because Ron Paul had been muscled off the stage. Obama was not by any stretch a good choice. He's an intelligent man, but he's already proven himself to be a snake. His ten year or more plan for "prolonged detention" is totally unacceptable and in defiance of our Constitution. Has he sprung his surprise REX84/FEMA/Continuity of Government plan on the public yet? That's next, and the Bushes and Clintons were more than happy to help out with that one. Obama wouldn't commit to his stand on the Trade Agreements, which should have been a Red Flag right there, and then it wasn't until later that we would find out the level of his sick and twisted relationship with Israel.

Ron Paul, Kucinich, Bob Barr, and Gravel were the ONLY ones to decry the destructive adoption of the Trade Agreements, but their voices could not be heard. The media did everything but escort them off center stage. Every single candidate that has had the testicular fortitude to stand up to the power elite has been shown the door, and what we are left with a set of fear-mongering cronies who may as well have been members of the Chicken Little Party. With them, the sky is always falling somewhere and no one can be trusted. And it doesn't matter which party they are pretending to serve the people under. If these people were paying attention, they'd have taken 30% pay cuts, suspended the Patriot Act on ethical grounds, and have our troops home tomorrow. That ain't gonna happen any time soon because they're all too busy padding their own nests. They MADE the problem. Except for the unfortunate loss of millions of innocents, if I saw a mushroom cloud over DC in the news tomorrow, all I would say is good riddance.

I am not a Republican nor a Democrat, but I am an individual targeted for experimentation (or slow genocide) with directed energy psychotronic weapons. I also have advanced nano materials coming out of every orifice. Lovely.

There are thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people like me. We are organizing. We do not suffer any more delusions about just how evil certain sectors of our federal government are nor just how smarmy and suck-up certain sectors of our state governments can be. The feds are beating us up, and our states do not care. Hell, even our families and friends don’t care. It is not hard to pipe t.v. and radio into someone’s brain. Look it up.

They are torturing and killing not only people overseas but their own back home. They are giving away the farm and are soon coming for everything else. We are at war on our on soil and Americans don’t even realize it. We MUST dump the federal government just to survive. If the states won’t do it, then The People must. Maybe we will even have to dump the states. I don’t know how we will do these things, but we are innovators and inventors; we are Americans. Let's get it done. The federal government is an albatross around our necks.

Google: chemtrails, Morgellons, psychotronic weapons, chemtrails and implants, biowarfare, peace in space, directed energy weapons, microwave weapons, radio weapons, plasma weapons, etc.
