The 10th Amendment of the US constitution draws the line, where the US Government can be dissolved based on the expansive requirements of the fed to make states comply with laws that were never given to the fed to mandate by the states. Simple language, but if a state or multiple states are to decide that the federal government is no longer serving the needs of the union as a whole, then with 1/3 of the states in solution the federal government can be eliminated and replaced by one or more sovereign governments representing the states in party to the elimination of the US federal government. There is only state that can secede from the US without this option and that is Texas, the others must be in concert with at least 1/3 voting to eliminate the US constitution for there to be a real split in the US government. There are already 20 states as of March 30th with sovereignty bills underway, that’s nearly half and with the current demands of the fed on businesses I am willing for my state to vote no confidence in the US government. I would then like to see the dissolusioned states create a new and real “Republic” which is what America is supposed to be (not a democracy, look it up, there is no mention of democracy in the constitution, we are a republic. “…and to the Republic for which it stands…”) I personally would be happy to see the “left coast” and the nuts in the North East try to support their own ambitions without the rest of the working nation to fall back on for taxes etc…
