He esposes the status quo line insofar as he doesn&#039;t want to startle the sheeple too badly; he deviates only enough to earn him the admiration of those vicariously insulting the establishment through him. 
Gingrich is smart like any politician who&#039;s gained a modicum of success. However, unlike any of Heinlein&#039;s more compelling characters, he&#039;s a guarantee of more of the &quot;same ol&#039;, same ol&#039;.&quot;</description>

		<description>Love Hienlein, hate Gingrich. He is a fascist in conservative clothing. Ron Paul is much more acceptable to a Heinlein fan. If Newt really believed Heinlein&#039;s philosophy he wouldn&#039;t even be running, because only veterans can hold office or vote.</description>
